At Counseling and Advocacy Associates, our Sponsored Residential Program is designed to provide individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities a safe, supportive, and family-centered living environment tailored to their unique needs and goals.

Each individual receives a comprehensive assessment to ensure thoughtful placement within a licensed sponsored home that aligns with their personality, interests, level of support, and long-term objectives. Our goal is to create meaningful matches that foster stability, independence, and a strong sense of belonging within the community.

All sponsor providers receive continuous training, monitoring, and professional support to maintain high-quality care standards and promote positive outcomes. Sponsors are equipped to assist with personal care, medication management, daily living skills, and community engagement while encouraging personal growth and independence.
